Take over on the table. Directors (who have been receiving salaries in shares) now heading for the doors. Long term shareholders (majority) significantly under water. Platinum and Palladium prices bouncing off bottom.
Was reading that 'other' recent take over offers in the sector generally had to be lifted to get shareholders on board. My gut feeling is that this offer (at 20% discount to NTA) will be lifted. Still a bit of time to pass and currency values will also play a part in the final $value shareholders will receive.
Not a bad place to be.
