The bit I "liked" even better Meta5 was the amount of money they will spend on consultants to get this deal done - see Page 82.
Darts pain is $9m if I recollect correctly with Macquarie getting $4.5m of that for advice (which means I am unsure what some of the other advisors are doing for their dosh) - the suitor (iGas) will only spent $3.6m.
