What does he have to risk. He doesn't have to pay cost while the appeal goes ahead and if he looses again the presumably TNC declare bankruptcy, pay nothing and then reform under a new name and carry on.
Agree, It's going to take legislation to stop his this.
I guess we now have time for the IO price to recover.
