As has been said, this will be the case the catalyst that will drive new law though parliament, SJ will be the man accredited with having evoked a new land scape of law, that will take way much of the tactics used to delay commercial enterprise, and give company's broader scope to assert their plans with far less resistance, not that l think open slather is a good thing, good on ya Scotty you will have been the man that cuts the red tape.
