I think you may be on the money here Ex with the nature of the next ann, However we may also get something a little more ambiguous like "pressure has built, we are now in the process of analysing the data and current flow (no figures) and figuring the next step". which could go either way for the SP, people being really impatient now or the sentiment becoming more positive.
