By my calculations, $17 AFGHA implies a 54% chance of default by AFG assuming 2017 maturity and coupons at 210bps over benchmark.
I'm not too familiar with the capital structure of these notes, but would assume noteholders are senior to equity so AFG would have to go to zero before notes take a hit?
