I'm not sure they need any more rabbits out of hats. The sp was never going to go above 20 cents before May 30. I for one would be quite happy for all the options to not be exercised as I feel that is unneccessary dilution. They'll have no trouble doing a placement in the next few months and quite possibly at a higher price than 20 cents.
A road show to tell a few brokers what they have already would be all that was needed.
