One week until the extension to the Tripartite Deed of Sale and Cooperation runs out. This looks like it will come right down to the wire now.

The unfortunate thing is, we don't know if we are really any closer to the conditions being met at the Chinese end than we were 6 months ago. Very frustrating for all concerned and all too much for the few who continue to fold their hand.

I've got to admit it doesn't look like we'll make it. The completion has been in the mill since about September last year so having been waiting for around 40 weeks it's hard to expect it all to suddenly come together in the next 5 working days.

Lets hope they can come up with some reasonable course of action to take us forward from here.
