    In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A of the Listing Rules of the Australian
    Securities Exchange, we advise that 35,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares issued to
    Kagara Ltd (ASX Code: KZL) will be released from voluntary escrow on 2 August
    2008.
