Whats the joke? The opening and closing auctions are a game of chance with buyers and sellers trying to outwit each other. I posted on this yesterday. Sometimes the buyers win out sometimes the sellers as they manipulate their orders to achieve their goal. its the action over the whole day that to me is relevant. Yesterday about 5mill of the shares sold at 17c and 17.5c but closed at 16.5c because the buyers manipulated their orders faster than the sellers in the closing auction to achieve the lower price and on low volume.

If there is a joke, the joke is on the sellers who sold at 16c when on the current position they could have got more.
