the share price has been falling every year for the past 8 years..
PEN holders have been continuously battered with a falling share price, a share consolidation, CRs, delays, CNs, company operating on a loss, etc.. (any bull disagree with this list?)
so any remote possible positive (eg. NFWG) will be grabbed on with both hands by PEN investors, that's all there is to hang their hopes on, but all there is, is just continual disappointments
