You would think something would come up before the GM but there is no doubt the people calling the shots at RRS and their backers, have their own agenda/timing.

Its quite possible that this JV process could take many months more. If you followed the Hardman and Mauritania 'story' from the point Hardman secured the rights to the point the Woodside JV was announced - I recall it was over 2 years. Shell had come and gone in the meantime.

And with Puntland of course we have the slight added complication of a semi war zone next door.
