April 2017 PCL raised $1.83 m @ .2c being 20 % disc to current sp with rts issue at same price
April 2017 FAR raised $ 80m @ 8c at 4.8 disc with no rts issue.
Relatively, retrospectively which was the better buy & what has mark. cap. got to do with it ?
PCL now at .7c & FAR at 8.4 c.
