Zacma - possibly I am the poster you referred to as bragging about success with PCL & comparing it with dog FAR. You suggest that I am an emotional investor who does not really understand the risks involved.
Obviously you did not understand my post Read it again.
I was simply trying to make the obvious point that one shld. keep a open mind & suggest that " falling in love with a stock " is a danger - that can blind you to better opportunities.
As an example I pointed out that selling ( reluctantly ) some FAR at 7 c to fund taking up PCL rts at 2 c was a good move it seems.
As for FAR being a dog, I hope not as I hold over 5 million of them most bt. at ard. 4/5 cts. And over 20 million PCL most bt. at 4 cts.
As for being an emotional investor who does not understand the risks involved - I wld. need to be a very slow learner having been at this game ( successfully ) for just over sixty years.
