Gday again Dave .Its about money and power its not that complicated in those terms.imo
Debut scenario ,Im not sure about ? the population usually embrace a new technology , even defense depts I would think ?
If we had product developement initiative and ongoing financial backing from say an Aussie source as an example (I dont know where shareholders would fit in the picture here ) there would be some standard MST product ready tech to showcase to Australian defense and various worldwide ally countries. imo
