The MST thread is maybe a bit stir crazy atm ,understandable with the funding uncertainty.

A couple of things Ive thought if anyone is interested in my opinion.

"On 19 April 2012, ASOF terminated the Umbrella Deed because the
Luxinvest Agreement did not complete. The Company is now considering its options in
light of the termination of the Umbrella Deed "

The date is a mistake I think ,it sounds silly though I think its due to pressure of the finance situation and not having another person in management proof the wording in the document. Im not making a judgement here .Ive made many silly mistakes myself.
The other thing that has had me thinking why did ASOF terminate the umbrella deed the following day ? Why not just threaten action if say the funding matter was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe ?

It seems too rapid almost as though it was planned in the event the funding was delayed ? IMHO
