Hi guys,
Just doing my research on the company (and turning out to be an awesome buy so far in my opinion), but I'm curious about the Onerous Lease expense.
I've noticed that it went from an ~3.5mil to ~5.4mil, which I have attributed to not being able to sublet it at the moment...
I checked the 2011 annual report and looked all over, but they don't mention an expiry date for it... (Note 17 gives detail as to what it is, but not when/if it will expire).
My question is, when does this lease expire?
Any information on this would be of great help.
