Not sure what technicals you usually go for but OST looks like a winner. Moving Average crossover, MACD cross, stochastic shows oversold, OBV is high, volume confirmation. This stock has got BUY written all over it.
I hold OST on a technical basis. The announcements look good but I'm not an expert. Check it for yourself.
