I hope they don't have 50.1%. I think that they are trying to throw another red herring into the mix.

They have an obligation to report changes to their beneficial interest 3 days after each change so I don't expect that they have received too many more acceptances, especially with their bid trading at a discount.

Just another desperate attempt if you ask me.

I would love to know who is buying and selling these last few days. I hope wr and co are watching the register!
