Given the sheer size of the dollars they have had to raise versus where SAS is at the moment, I think thats enough for me to stop proceeding further on this one. What are others thoughts?

different price structure (capex/opex)

different target group (can't imagin the 1$ Mobile phone buyer in Nigeria will also look for amazon prime, Netflix and Sky packages)

SAS offers basic services for a specific price sensitiv target group!
