    From peoples experience with investing in old re opened gold mines, do you think that all the underground workings as per photo below are still in good working order & comply to H&S regulations.  

    Considering this infrastructure was constructed many many years ago.  But they must be worth several million £ now assuming they had to construct this from scratch
