IMHO
if the reason for being kicked off site was down to individual/s, which resulted in the contract not being completed and abandoned, and now an ongoing legal dispute, they should be held responsible, surely?
is it possible that the individuals can be held responsible if that is the case, someone with contracts/legal experience could advise on that?
i am aware this was the case with jimblebar.
does the problem just become the companies to sort out legally with BHP, wholly and solely?
seems unfair the responsible individual/s are not held accountable, does it not? if not, why not, it was obvious to a lot of people involved at the time.
this has and is continuing to affect the reputation of VDM for future, potential contract wins
