I agree that it is a new company now but ALOT of damage has been done.
I work in this industry and it is well known to not work with VDM due to the nature of trying to grab variations.
The ability of VDM to complete projects and provide clients with confidence is very damaged.
Work is tight and contracts slim on the ground. Then you piss off a large client that sets the example for alot of other companies.
There diversification strategy is limited and not utilise the core strengths of the group.
They trying to build on one man reputation and contacts to grow and he ultimately will control the business to the point no one else's shares are worth anything.
Then compulsory takeover at a cheap rate.
This is my thought in his plans.
