Some posters want the biota sp to go down for their own reasons. Could be shorting, accumulation or to assist in a future take-over. The patent rejection appeal, and particularly the downramping post name, should not normally be tolerated, but I would be happy to see no tou on it for the moment so that we may deeply consider the motives for the original post.
I have needed to initiate cases at an industrial tribunal, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Land and Environment Court, Financial Services Ombudsman and the Veterans Review Board. I considered all of these as routine, to address bad decisions by snotty nosed upstarts trying to make a name for themselves.
Biota board probably feels just like that, putting one foot in front of the other to automatically protect what it has.
