Unfortunately not. I got a feeling it was on the Rask Apollo paid service ( now closed). Unfortunately, I am no longer a member. He spoke at length about the technology sector, where Companies in the US are pressured to raise and then deploy capital in support of growth. Most tech Companies end up employing more staff as a means of growing sales. I remember him saying, before you know what, as a Business leader, you have hundreds of people and your time is spent managing people opposed to pursuing opportunities.
