I read ENE and INF communications. But due to problems in the past with Rio Tinto, I also read the interpretation of the other side.
SalvemosMontana and related accounts say this regional communication is totally neutral. "It's objective was to provide guide, not to detect (in)viability of the project".
They have also pointed out that the local government indicated lot of issues regarding the three plant alternativies and the deposit locations. I had read this report (part must be part of the regional one) from the city hall (it's in the city hall website) and that's true. Mine would require changes in the urban plan as the solar plant tried to do without success.
Let's see if time prove it when ENE will present the project in summer.
