I'm not sure what there is to tell. The application for the Permit has been lodged and will take some months to eventuate. The price of Lithium is in the sh*tter and may or may not be starting to recover. LiStream tech is looking Golden. I'm sure the Board is looking into funding arrangements, but potential suitors are probably not going to commit to anything til the final hurdle is cleared.

Really, how much more is there to say?
