Yes, I think the EU will and also have to play a big role in the financing of the project. The demand in the EU is clearly there. And lets see what the spanish government will contribute to the funding.
What makes me a bit sceptical is that INF never touched the financing topic seriously (or I missed it) but stated to start construction in 2025. Especially the equity site will be interesting. Lets hope the marketcap and sp makes a huge gain after receiving the permits. Otherwise we may get diluted to hell...
