Thanks for the post. I'm surprised you haven't had some replies.

It seems Infinity could be 50/50 bet that their mine will get approval, since Volkswagen has reduced the number of possible locations to two. If Infinity's project was a dead duck, then surely Volkswagen would have settled on the other location.

Still no certainty yet, but the local government hasn't got long to make their minds up; stick with the non approval of Infinity's mine and continue down the path of impoverishment of their region, or approve the mine and attempt to lure a company such as Volkswagen to their region. Big and long lasting decisions.

we should get an update soon on whether or not the court case is proceeding or delayed. It'll be nice to know what's going on.
