Seems like the Caceres Mayor who last year said "Over my dead body", is now prepared to assess the Underground Project on its merits and wishes to do away with the back and forth litigation. Very promising signs indeed.
I always had the sneaky suspicion it would take a Tier 1 Battery Manufacturer or Auto Company to move into the Local Area to break the Dead Lock.
Having Envision AESC (1 of 7 Tier 1 Battery Producers) building a 30GWh Plant and Creating 3,000 Jobs seems like it could be the catalyst
