They are planning battery factories / giga factories all in the region all around the mine. Brokers and punters have started to realise that this is actually going ahead. It has been obvious to all that have paid close attention.
SP will fly on a positive court case. - The funny thing is that is doesnt matter what the result is and that is why there is so much buying now is that brokers have reaslised that the court case all revolves around an open cut mine that has been deleted long ago - its dead in the water. The EU, Spanish government, local business all support the underground proposal.
Don't sell yourselves short, strap yourselves in for the ride seriously we are not that far of a buck - and with then a 350 mil MC that will still be cheap.
