Whilst the handbrakes have been applied to Spot Pricing of Battery Grade Lithium Carbonate / Hydroxide the past fortnight in China, a key takeaway from this weeks Lithium Pricing update from Fastmarkets has been that for the 1st time in a few years, the Contract Price has caught up significantly and is nearly on parity with the Spot Price
Current Lithium Hydroxide Battery Grade Pricing
Spot = US$85/kg
Contract = US$81.5/kg (Rose 6.19% this week)
