The Regional Government of Extremadura has confirmed multiple avenues to formally lodge the MLA and EIA through an indirect or direct Exploitation Concession Application. The administrative decision will incorporate the directives to be provided under the consultative and collaborative process through the Initial Document, and the determination of the Contentious-Administrative Court in Cáceres which will dictate the lodgement of either an indirect or direct Exploitation Concession Application.
