Extremadura New Energies respects the judgment of the Contentious Administrative Court No. 1 of Cáceres and initiates the proceedings to obtain the necessary new mining permits.Once this judicial resolution is known, from Extremadura New Energies we are going to launch the alternative administrative procedure that our legal services have already studied and that allows us to continue with the project, as we have been explaining and as we have also communicated to the administrations, which have recognized this possibility. It will not mean more than a delay of a couple of weeks in the procedure, so we hope to meet the deadlines that we have been handling so far.
