EU desperate for some energy/mineral self-sufficiency following the illustration of their vulnerability with the current war. It seemed to me that politicians above local government have been putting pressure to greenlight these types of projects since the war began. Just waiting on the response of the local government to the initial documents for the Exploitation application for the underground mine. Everything mining related moves SOOOO slow in Spain.
