Can someone post the actual court decision transcript or link to it? I want to have a read of it myself.
It seems to me the meaning of extractive activity in terms of what the council zoning rules say might be key. Clearly management believe that they can access the ore body from a decline within the PIAV.
If that is the case, the only real obstacle will be the environment assessment.
You would think that the local government would want the tax $ that would flow from this project. Might help build a few more hospitals or something similar.
