Just a question. The PIV doesn't allow extraction of the deposit. Are you saying "the PIAV allows construction of an underground entrance which leads to the deposit to be extracted which PIV doesn't allow " ?
meaning PIV restrictions are direct above access while PIAV allows access to the underground deposit via an adjucent long under ground tunnel
