I agree they listed to early in the lifecycle and I couldn't understand why people would invest in a company with no revenue. I also agree the PPV model was most likely wrong.

I am not a Soph investor and will not be participating in the current capital raising.

I have been following the stock since inception.

I am not an Angel. I have been in the training industry for 18 years and know a bit about it.

I am trying to share some ideas for when investors are speaking with management.

If I was a shareholder I would have started a shareholder action group by now to try and influence managements direction and reduce costs.

I have followed this stock on HC since float but have refrained from commenting until now.

If they get the model/marketing right and increase customer acquisition and retention then I could be a future investor, hence my interest.

I do not hope for them to fail, my hope is that they succeed and so do shareholders. My opinion is that this will require significant changes to current direction.

I will get back in my box as has been suggested and continue to monitor. Hopefully my next post will be a positive one.

I welcome your input Thorium. I have thought it logical to get into bed with some Training Providers from the outset, however, there instead seems to have been some desperate drive to form magical inflection point market place integrations and "partnerships"... off the top of my head there has been:
- ADP
- G/Cloud
- Big TV
- Panalitix
- TikForce
- Cognitives
Any one care to pass comment on the tangible success or otherwise of any or all of these ? Has anything at all come of these ? Have they been ditched ?
