So ,,,, why not include NLC ( mk11) Even if one can and should dyor via the NLCwebsite ( citation) that as of Wednesday April 9 , 2015 NLC entered into a binding ( funded ) series of agreements with KOBE STEEL JAPAN , with respect to lignite pelletising for ultimate smelting and power station use, starting with an 80 tonne Indonesian based testing entity .
