White beans with Italian sausages and nduja:
Bake barbecue or simmer the following in a pan:
2 cans drained beans.
500 ml passata.
6 Italian sausages.
1 diced onion.
100 ml red wine.
100 gm 'nduja.
4 pressed garlic cloves.
4 sage leaves.
And ‘some’ of the following:
3 diced celery sticks.
2 chopped tomatoes.
1 diced carrot.
¼ cup soy sauce.
¼ cup Worcestershire.
1 dozen anchovies.
