2 cup rice.
1 diced onion.
Then add the following:
4 cups stock.
½ cup plum wine or ¼ cup sake.
Undercook.
Serve with thinly sliced raw beef
And sauce made by combining:
Water.
Soy sauce.
Minced ginger.
Wine vinegar.
Olive oil.
Sake.
Pepper.
