Cyber bullying in my opinion can be worse than in person bullying. Once that wall(the computer) goes up between you and the victim anyone who ordinarily wouldn't consider bullying now becomes ten feet tall. It's easy to type something when you don't see your victim's emotions, something you normally wouldn't say to their face.
Unfairly, bullying is usually associated with 'lower social economic' people. It's being practiced at all levels within our society.
