    thinking out loud here.
    I would like to see QFX leverage their expertise and start an online DVD shop on their web page. They could sell undamaged rentals and new.

    They have the large scale post service set up already and surely not having to pay for further overheads like premises rent and extra employees they would be price completive against the like of JB's?
    Obviously Jb's would not allocate so much floor space to DVD sales if there wasn't a good margin in it.

    Also they could look at retailing through the likes of ebay, gumtree, amazon? This would also have the advantage of introducing more people the QFX brand
