Have you not kept up with the NEWS...Lottery ONLINE (Gambling) is not ALLOWED in China...ALL I repeat ALL participants no longer can legally offer online lotto!
The Chinese Government is still making NOISE about GAMBLING and is highlighting their intention to control this market segment...look at the arrests , closing of suspect overseas accounts, etc...
Not the ideal time to intro Online lottery ATM...?
Of note is that Lottery worldwide is undergoing transformation into the DIGITAL age, China is not alone in this development.
I would doubt SMA can 'RELEASE' news of any substance without permission of the China Government.
