So I don't think guesses over 2000 are that outlandish and I think you're guess of 800 is very conservative. We'll find out soon enough who is right and who is wrong.

Lets say People start ordering at 8am to 10pm. That is 840 minutes.

At 2000 orders that 2.4 orders/min
At 4000 that is 4.8 orders/min

Those numbers seem incredibly high to me. I would hope that ZNO's website will have the capacity to handle the traffic! I've seen small business' sites get crashed with a few hundred visitors in the space of 10 minutes.
