What's your basis for the statement 'so many shares held by mum n dad investors' or is that just speculation?
As at Aug last year 51% was owned by the CEO (10% of which are now owned by institutions). The Top 20 owned 69.7% & 86.6% of shares were held by people who had 100,000+ shares. In fact only 2.2% of shares were held by people who had <= 10,000 shares.
I'd say ZNO is under represented by 'mum n dad' investors like most small companies listed on the ASX.
I think I've made it pretty clear that I don't really have any interest in the online side of the business because if or when ZNO is selling $50m+ a year it'll be insignificant.
