    My guess would be that the 3PL may have a flat charge or a box picking charge in which single unit orders wouldnt make it worthwhile

    Lowest priced box is $85 which is above the $60 threshold for free shipping to Aus anyway . Would be a lot easier to pack as they would probably be boxed in 12 from the production line anyway. Less staff required to pick and pack and less chance of errors as well
