Management has not been fantastic this company needs professional management for
1 Marketing eg disclosing information on the internet.
2 keeping the market fully informed compare the ASX releases of ZNO against APT as an example
3 ZNO has been well managed for a startup but it now needs to move to the next professional stage by way of example how is the multiple exchange rate situation being managed is hedging in place. Look at the dilution the weakening of the NZD has had to the AUD in the last week. Is hedging in place for US stock purchases How are UK staff paid via reexchanged NZD?
4 PH has done a good job to now but he needs assistance in the raising of the bar
Do not get me wrong I believe in the company just want it to move forward
