You're right. I never said one should use such hot water but explain that handwashing does NOT remove more tha 70% of bacteria at best. Tarvold is completely wrong that handwashing removes 99.99% of bacteria. I agree with a lot of what Tarvold posts but not that.
I have seen nurses wash their hands for way less than 15 second, hardly dry them and then apply a minute amount of toxic sanitizer and carry on with a new patient. The ONLY PROTECTION can be achieved with ZOONO Not handwashing only.
