the issue :Australian companies (RES) who own assets overseas (such as a mine in Africa). Where the overseas holding company goes into administration, the assets get sold off under the jurisdiction of the overseas administrators. Thus the asset can be sold locally at heavy discount to an independent valuation, leaving the Aussie shareholders with nothing.This type of practice should be of concern to all Aussie shareholders and investors. Signed and commented. Well done on creating the petition. Every part helps in trying to get a resolution to the way Australian shareholders have been treated with this company. Its better to go down swinging.
